"You seem human, but I know you're not," she said, slowly removing her hand, "I am a member of a research organization known as Yggdrassil, named after the World Tree in Norse mythology. We are researching this forest, we have dubbed Helheim, and the creatures, we have dubbed Invess. But this is only part of our objective. As for myself, my name is Yoko Minato. I am a trained assassin, working as their enforcer and scouting agent. I take care of anyone, or anything, that threatens the organization. Will that do?"
"I see. Very clever.." She murmured, nodding. "Youko...Minato. The huntress." she concludes, understanding. The manifestation would think upon these events, before smiling at the assassin. "In order to better facilitate communication, you may call me Marise. It is a human word, meaning infinite, or endless. I have seen your technology. You use the fruit from my home to become armored. I know that you have it. Perhaps you should know that I have something like it."
The being is caught off-guard, but looks at her. "Why would I give that honor to someone willing to turn their back on their race? Would you do that to me, too?"
"You are mistaken about something," she raised her head, "I may look human and bleed like a human, but I have never been a human. I am a demon that walks among them in their skin."
"To the hunt," she said stepping forward, "To the kill. I'm far too dangerous to be left on my own, I need someone to reel me in, keep my demon nature in check. Takatora.. I thought he could defeat a man like Hoban but I was wrong, he's not strong enough, not nearly strong enough to run with a demon like me."
"You've shown me your flair for the dramatic. I will show you why the idea of capturing me wouldn't have worked." She gave, outstretching her hand forward.
"Henshin."
In an instant her transformation occurred, to the tune of
"Darkness Arms: The Forbidden Fruit (Ogon no Kajitsu)."
A rather imposing Rider figure stood present, elegant and curvy.
"Darkness? Interesting that such a Lockseed exits without the Professor's knowledge," she mused, "A demon and the forbidden fruit? A perfect match don't you think?"
She didn't give Marise a chance to respond and instead dashed out, sword raised and slashed.
Yoko gritted her teeth before rolling out of the way, dropping her sword. She then attempted to kick out Marise' legs but only as a diverse as she leaped before sword and went in for an arching slash upward.
