"You think it was a gunshot?" said Aoyama before adding, "Now that I think about a few witnesses did mention such a noise before they saw the collision."
"That wouldn't make sense though, unless the victim shot his killer..." She ran a hand through her hair. "There's gotta be something I'm missing." She turned to Aoyama. "Hey, Aoyama. Can you get him cleared to leave? He's not the guilty party here, and he may be of some use. It is his cab, after all."
Aoyama grumbled, "I'm not so sure about that. You need to file paper work and all tha- screw it, I'll take full responsibility as you long as you catch the bastard responsible."
He pulled out a key and undid Daniel's handcuffs.

Sae nodded and she began driving towards the scene of the crime. When the two arrived, they were lucky enough to find everything mostly intact... "Good, looks like everything is still here," she told him as she got out of her car.

"Well, we need to examine where the body was when you stopped the car..." She began looking around the front of the car for any evidence regarding the man's identity. If the culprit was what she thought it was, then there may be a clue to its motives.
